At Mannt Events & Decor, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of all products and services associated with your event. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to delivery and logistics of our offerings.
1. Service-Based Delivery
Most of our offerings (such as decor, stage setup, lighting, floral arrangements, etc.) are delivered and set up on-site by our team as part of a full-service event package. These are not shipped via courier or delivery service.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently provide services and delivery within selected regions/cities. If your event location is outside our service zone, additional logistics or travel charges may apply. Please confirm service availability at the time of booking.
3. Timelines
All delivery and setup will be done as per the agreed event schedule.
Our team typically arrives at the venue several hours before the event to ensure timely setup.
In case of rentals or product delivery (like props or items for sale), expected delivery timelines will be communicated during booking.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery and setup charges are usually included in the package.
For standalone product delivery or distant venues, delivery charges may be extra and will be clearly communicated in advance.
5. Delays & Responsibility
While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen logistical issues may occasionally occur.
We will keep you informed and make every effort to minimize inconvenience.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If any physical item (e.g., rental prop, floral decor, etc.) is found to be damaged during transport or missing upon delivery, please inform our team immediately so we can take corrective action.
