Return & Refund Policy

At Mannt Events & Decor, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our services (customized event planning, decorations, rentals, etc.), our return and refund policies are limited and defined as follows:

1. No Return Policy

All services and products provided by Mannt Events & Decor are customized and event-specific. Once a service has been booked and initiated, it cannot be returned.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Decor items

  • Floral arrangements

  • Lighting and stage setups

  • Furniture and props

  • Manpower and labor charges

2. Advance Payment & Cancellation

  • A certain percentage of the total amount is collected as advance payment to confirm the booking.

  • In case of cancellation by the client:

    • If cancelled 7 days or more before the event date: 50% of the advance may be refunded.

    • If cancelled less than 7 days before the event date: Advance is non-refundable due to arrangements already made.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service not delivered at all due to unforeseen reasons on our side.

  • Double payment made by the client.

Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

4. No Refund for Partially Used Services

If the service has been partially used or event execution has started, no refund will be applicable, even in case of client dissatisfaction, unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions causing cancellation or delay of the event, the refund policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis with reasonable deductions for any work already completed.
